George has 30 years of experience in full-service marketing research and extensive knowledge base in research design and analytic methodologies. He has a BS in Marketing and a PhD in Marketing/Social Psychology both from the University of Cincinnati. George is a professor of marketing at Xavier University since 1972 and has a bibliography of academic and scholarly publications.

Joan believes that taking a strategic, consultative approach to aligning clients’ information objectives with their larger business goals facilitates the development of effective marketing research solutions. This philosophy, coupled with Joan’s hands-on involvement in project design, execution and data analysis results in an exceptional level of client service. Laura has over 25+ years of full service market research experience including project management overseeing all aspects of StrataMark Dynamic Solutions' operational departments of data collection, programming, tabulation, and coding. Her teams are experts in managing call center personnel and systems, programming CATI/Online projects, tabulating and processing all data inputs/outputs using IBM SPSS MR products. Laura is a trainer and strong mentor of her staff, leading a team approach to deliver the highest quality comprehensive on-time results. The operations group is educated in all aspects, methodologies and modalities of marketing research for a seamless transition of results to our clients and analytical staff.
Laura has held various management and programming positions working at Alliance Research, Walker Group, and Burke, Inc. In these positions, Laura worked with many fortune 500 companies and developed expertise and leadership skills in all areas of project management, data collection and data processing. Her advanced skills include programming and tabulation using IBM SPSS MR Products, among others. In addition she has completed Management, Programming and IT courses from the Burke Institute, Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati.

Chris is responsible for the management of the Project Services department, including mentoring, training, and supervising all project directors. The team of project directors works closely with client services to oversee the day-to-day operations of every project to ensure that all research objectives are met on time and on budget while ensuring StrataMark’s high quality standards are met continually throughout each project’s life cycle.
Chris has over 15 years of experience managing all aspects of full-service marketing research projects including survey development, survey programming, sample procurement, data collection, data processing, and analysis. His tenure at StrataMark has given him a breadth of experiencing managing projects utilizing a myriad of research methodologies and modalities in a broad range of business sectors.
Chris’s formal education includes dual BBA degrees in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cincinnati.
